The research group has contributed in the last decade to the nonlinear vector large-signal characerization, the main activities are

nonlinear characterization of high-power devices and sub-systems up to 26 GHz and 250 W peak power
characteization of frequency converter devices with up to 80 MHz instantaneous bandwith
extraction of up to 3-port X-parameters models
